Could be more to my liking with a few modifications. Fill a large pot three-quarters full with water. Cook for 4-5 minutes just until the carrots and celery are tender but not overcooked. 3*** Recipe not quite for me, but others might like it. Once the vegetables are cooked and removed from the pot, whisk in the coconut aminos, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and fennel. Heat the remaining 1 Tablespoon of vegetable oil in the same pan and add onion, carrot, celery, and garlic. Liked enough to print out and place in my permanent cookbook. My ratings system: 5***** I would glady serve this to guests, or make it and secretly eat it all by myself. Most common vegetables thrown in the delightful mix consist of bean sprouts and celery. In fact, it is considered a vegetable dish. When he loves something he exclaims, Where did you get this recipe?!? and of course, my answer is always the same.
